Modern Meets Traditional in Long Ashton

Modern Meets Traditional in Long Ashton
1st May 2018 Will Cooke
In Artisan Projects

A unique and challenging project; 5 terraces, an eclectic material palette and a 6 month build over Winter…

Having completed the extension and renovation of our clients house, moon had given us a fantastic property to work with. The modular and modern structure lent it self to be mirrored in the garden. Our clients brief included using stone produced from groundworks to face walls, permeable resin bound surfacing, CorTen steel cladding and bespoke sawn Indian Sandstone steps. The palette blends beautifully between super contemporary and local traditional materials. The garden design is ultra functional and durable; the veg beds and green house give a our clients a space to be self sufficient whilst the Kebony fencing and CorTen steel was specified to withstand the harshest weather.

Our project has been featured on Kebony’s website. Click here to read more.
